ingredients
2 cups sliced Keilbasa sausage, cooked
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup diced celery
4 ounces butter or margarine
4 ounces flour
2 pounds savoy cabbage
8 cups chicken stock
8 ounces heavy cream
directions
Saute onions, celery, and leeks in butter, then add cabbage. Add flour until absorbed, stirring frequently. Add chicken stock and cook until thickened.
Add sliced cooked Kielbasa and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
