1 green onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower or sesame seeds
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon garlic powder
directions
Crumble the tofu with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve on crackers or bread.
