Chicken and Ham Sandwich Spread

ingredients
1 cup ground cooked chicken breast
1 cup ground lean ham not smoked
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 scallion finely minced
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
directions
Combine chicken, ham and scallions in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and add enough of the heavy cream to make the mixture spreadable. Chill before using. Spread on cocktail rye or crackers.
