ingredients
1 can (11 ounce size) condensed cheese soup
1 can (4 ounce size) green chilies, chopped
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (Tabasco sauce or hot pepper sauce)
1 container (8 ounce size) sour cream
directions
Mix together all ingredients except the sour cream and heat to boiling at low heat. When blended, correct seasoning (usually needs more cumin and garlic). Add sour cream and heat until it bubbles slightly.
Serve with tortilla chips or any natural Mexican-style corn chip.
