ingredients

6 slices bacon, finely chopped
8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
potato chips or crackers

directions

In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon 7 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese in crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour or until cheese is melted (do not stir). Reduce heat to low until ready to serve. 15 minutes before serving, stir in bacon and sour cream. Let heat thru.

Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve with plain potato chips or as a spread on crackers.

  1. Todd REVIEW:

This is one of my favorite dips and it is so good with rippled potatoe chips. You can't stop eating it!
