2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups walnut halves
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
directions
Place the butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, set in a 250 oven until it melts. Stir in the soy, ginger, salt, and garlic powder. Add the walnuts, stirring to coat.
Spread nuts to make a single layer and bake at 250 for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn nuts onto brown paper and cool. Store covered at room temperature.
