This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

This is the Best Squash recipe I have ever eaten..Awesome Flavor! Delicious! Delicate sweetness to the sauce it makes when baked. Nothing better tasting in a squash than this recipe.

DELICIOUS! Made a double recipe for a dinner party for 10. Only one spoonful left. Everyone came back for 2nds. Could not get fresh or frozen cranberries, so I used dried, but soaked them in apple cider for about 1/2 hr before using. Also, added a splash of apple cider after everything was put together. Yummy, Yummy.

I plan to make this for Thanksgiving-sounds awesome and have homegrown squash. My question is, should this be served warm or can it be served chilled?

Made this for a dinneer party and it received raves. Suggested tweaks: Stir half the dry ingredients with the squash and half with the apples before layering to more evenly distribute the spices. Also, try doubling the flour and adding a couple tablespoons of cider and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon.

What a nice dish! Hearty fare for these cool days and very easy to make. I have a feeling it will appear on my Thanksgiving table.
