ingredients

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1 1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup fresh or frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup sour cream

directions

Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour; cook, stirring until mixture is foamy. Slowly stir in milk.

Add dill weed, salt and onion powder, stirring until smooth, thick and boiling. Add peas and sour cream.

Reduce heat to low and heat through. Do not allow to boil.
