If you like the taste of pumpkin you'll love this martini! It isn't sweet like pumpkin pie but rather has a fresh pumpkin flavor with a hint of spices. If you want a sweeter drink, add more of the simple syrup. The consistency was smooth with beautiful natural color from the pumpkin. Brent suggested adding a cinnamon stick as a stirrer/garnish (great idea!)
