The perfect way to indulge your sweet tooth while enjoying a sophisticated cocktail. This drink combines the smoothness of chocolate liqueur with the bite of vodka.

ice
2 ounces chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce grated chocolate (or use cocoa powder)
Place the finely grated chocolate on a shallow plate. Wet the rim of a martini glass with water and invert the glass and carefully dip the rim of it into the grated chocolate, pressing down lightly so the chocolate adheres.
Fill a cocktail shaker 3/4ths full with ice. Add the chocolate liqueur and vodka to the shaker and shake vigorously to chill the drink. Carefully strain the chocolate martini into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
