ingredients
1 small green pepper, sliced thinly
1 small onion, sliced
4 ounces carrots, thinly sliced
4 ounces parsnips, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon tomato puree
5 ounces pineapple or orange juice
1 tablespoon flour
directions
Put all ingredients except flour in the slow-cooker. Cook for 8-10 hours on low.
Blend in the flour with a small amount of water about 30 minutes before serving.
