16 ounces bean sprouts, drained
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
4 ounces grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 slices dry bread, crumbed
directions
Combine all ingredients, except 2 oz of the cheese and breadcrumbs, in a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
