ingredients

1 pound leaf lettuce
mashed potatoes, can be cold
3 thick slices bacon
1/2 cup vinegar
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced

directions

Shred lettuce. Mix with potatoes. Cut bacon into squares. Fry and sprinkle over lettuce.

Mix vinegar and bacon fat. Pour over salad. Garnish with sliced eggs.
