Slow Cooker Home-Style Beef Cubes

ingredients
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
2 pounds London broil, cubed
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 1/2 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
7 1/4 ounces beef broth
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ketchup
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoon flour
directions
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Toss beef cubes in seasoned flour mixture to coat. Place in slow cooker. Cover with onions and mushrooms.
Combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Pour over beef cubes. Cover and cook on low 7 to 12 hours.
One hour before serving, make a smooth paste of the water and flour. Stir into the slow cooker. Cover and cook until broth thickens.
Serve over hot buttered noodles.
