ingredients
3 pounds Polish sausage
1 onion, diced
1 large can sauerkraut
2 small cans mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
5 ounces water
1 package (8 ounce size) kluski noodles, cooked and drained
directions
Cook and drain fat from the Polish sausage. Cut into 1-1/2" pieces.
Combine all ingredients together in mixing bowl, adding noodles last, so as not to break them up.
Place mixture in a slow cooker on low for about 3 hours.
