Slow Cooker Creamy Potatoes 'n' Kielbasa

ingredients
1 package (28 ounce size) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pound fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup water
directions
Add the frozen hash browns, kielbasa, and cheese to the crock pot.
In a bowl, combine the soup and water and mix until well blended. Pour over the potatoes and sausage in the crock pot and mix well.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours or until the potatoes are cooked and the kielbasa is heated through.
Stir before serving. Adjust seasoning as needed.
