Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

Grab your rolling pin because it's time to get those festive cookie cutters out and roll with it. This simple dough is your canvas for holiday creativity, with plenty of room for decorations.
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 cups flour
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar with an electric mixer. With the mixer running, add the egg and vanilla extract. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
With the mixer running, add the baking powder then the flour in small batches, mixing until each batch is incorporated.
Remove the cookie dough from the bowl and place on a floured surface. Divide it in half and roll out each half with a rolling pin.
Cut the dough using cookie cutters. Reroll any scraps and reuse.
Place the cut out cookies on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees F for 6 minutes or until done. Remove from the baking sheet and let cool on a wire rack. Decorate as desired. Store the cookies in an airtight container.
