Loved this! I used butter (because I think margarine is evil!) and I didn't have blue cheese, so I just used all cheddar. It was great. Took it to a book club and it was very popular.

I used this as a vegetarian alternative to chicken wing dip. Instead of putting the items in a mixer, I just stirred them together and omitted the butter (a little extra cheddar doesn't hurt). Eat with celery or baguettes. Tastes almost identical to chicken wing dip!
