1 large ripe avocado
1/2 cup sour cream
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon sliced green onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lime juice
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Peel, pit and dice avocado into medium bowl. Add sour cream and mash avocado into small chunks. Stir in bacon, onion and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with chips.
