1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup green or red bell peppers, chopped
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in cubes
Combine the onion, bell pepper, water, oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, ground ginger, and black pepper in the crock pot. Stir well to mix the spices.
Add the chicken cubes and stir well to coat.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 5 hours.
Serve hot.
