Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

4 chicken breasts
Sauce
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 vidalia onion, diced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup half and half
salt and freshly ground black pepper
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onion and cook for 15 minutes until soft and golden brown. Add the flour and stir constantly for 5 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the half-and-half and simmer 5 minutes more. Stir in the salt and pepper.
Place a small amount of the sauce in the bottom of the crock pot. Place the chicken breasts on top. Cover with remaining sauce. Cover and cook all day on LOW or 5-6 hours on HIGH.

Love the spinach dip at restaurants like TGIFriday's and the Olive Garden? Make it at home with these easy-to-follow copycat recipes.
