ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup mayonnaise
4 teaspoons vinegar
1 clove garlic, pressed
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

directions

Mix soy sauce, mayonnaise, vinegar, and garlic. Pour into large plastic food storage bag with chicken. Marinate for 20 minutes, turning over occasionally.

Broil for 7 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in center. Sprinkle with pepper.
