- #90764

under 30 minutes
ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon toasted tahini paste or peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chopped crystallized ginger
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper
directions
Stir together garlic, tahini paste, sesame oil, ginger, honey, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well. Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
Put sauce on both sides of chicken pieces. Place chicken over hot coals or under the broiler and cook 3 to 5 minutes on one side, being careful not to let it brown.
Turn and cook the other side until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve hot or at room temperature over rice.
