The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup chili sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 Tabasco sauce, to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves
Combine the lemon juice, orange juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, sugar, garlic powder, Tabasco, and oil in a zip-top bag or plastic container. Mix well then add the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the container and marinate the chicken for 4-24 hours.
Preheat the grill.
Remove the chicken from the marinade. Cook for 10 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Serve with tortillas and salsa.

Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.
