Chicken With Onions Over Rice - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

4 large onion, sliced thinly
5 cloves garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more if you like
4 frozen boneless chicken breast halves (do not thaw)
hot cooked rice

directions

Add the onion and garlic to the bottom of the crock pot. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with the lemon juice, salt, and cayenne.

Cover, cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked.

Serve over rice.
