The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 large zucchini, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup sour cream
directions
Heat a large nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and cook chicken over medium-high heat about 4 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Add zucchini and onion and cook about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add dissolved chicken bouillon cube and water and chicken and heat through. Stir in sour cream.

This was really tasty! I saly and peppered the chicken and veggies to taste as they were cooking. Next time I would chunk the veggies (and use more zucchini) so they are firmer. Served this with rice and it was wonderful!
