Savory Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

ingredients
1/2 pound pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Brush pork with oil. In shallow dish combine all remaining ingredients, blend well. Coat pork with crumb mixture, place roasting rack, tucking small end of tenderloin under. Insert meat thermometer so the bulb reaches the center of the meat.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
