A twist on oven-baked spaghetti. Ham and Cheddar cheese are baked with pasta and a creamy mushroom sauce.
16 ounces spaghetti, broken in pieces
2 cans (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups cubed cooked ham
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
Meanwhile, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Mix well. Drain the pasta and add to the bowl along with the ham. Mix well.
Transfer the spaghetti mixture to the greased baking dish. Top the pasta mixture with the cheese. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for more 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the top is lightly browned.
