It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

6 ounces deli ham, cut in small strips

Meanwhile, in a medium skillet over high heat, bring 1/4 cup water to a boil. Add asparagus; simmer about 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender.

This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.
Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.

I made some changes and it was very tasty. Instead of orzo, I cooked linguine in chicken stock. Meanwhile in a frying pan I sautéed a little minced garlic in olive oil and then added the ham strips and cooked asparagus. I tossed in the drained linguine and stirred in the parmesan cheese. My husband loved it and I will make it again.

I think you are supposed to maybe drain the liquid? Orzo is pasta not rice so it won't absorb it all. I drained it and then combined everything. Really great flavor but I think it's missing that one crucial step.

The combination was alright. Way too much liquid! Would not make again.
