ingredients
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons freshly chopped ginger
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoon freshly chopped green chile
2 tablespoons dried shredded coconut
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups firm-packed cilantro leaves
directions
Place all ingredients and half of the cilantro, into a blender. Blend just until ground.
Add the remaining cilantro and blend again.
