Slow Cooker Peach Chutney

ingredients
4 cups diced peaches
1 cup raisins, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon whole mustard seed
1 teaspoon dried red chiles, chopped
1/4 cup chopped crystallized ginger
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
directions
Combine all ingredients until well mixed. Place in crock pot. Cover, cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Remove lid and continue cooking on high for 2 more hours. This is good served on pork.
