- #100236
Eggless mayonnaise is a great option for those allergic to eggs or looking for a vegan-friendly mayo. This type of mayo is just as creamy and delicious as its traditional counterpart, but contains no eggs.
under 30 minutes
ingredients
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch white pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 1/4 cup oil
directions
Combine the sugar, paprika, salt, white pepper, and dry mustard in a mixing bowl. Stir in the evaporated milk.
With an electric mixer running, add the vinegar to the mixture. With the mixer still running, slowly add the oil and beat until emulsified.
Use the eggless mayonnaise immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Mix well before using.
nutrition data
Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
