Chicken Ala Orange

ingredients
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 jar (12 ounce size) orange marmalade
1/2 cup Russian salad dressing
1 tablespoon dried parsley, if desired
directions
Place the onion in the bottom of the crock pot. Place the chicken breasts on top of the onion.
In a small bowl, mix together the orange marmalade and Russian salad dressing until mostly blended. Pour the mixture evenly over the top of the chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with the parsley, if using.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve the chicken with the orange sauce over rice, if desired.
