2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips 4 pork steaks, trimmed and cut into strips 1 can (15 ounce size) white or yellow hominy, drained 1 small onion, chopped 1 can (4 ounce size) diced green chiles, drained 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon chili powder sliced radishes chopped cilantro
directions
Combine the chicken, pork, hominy, onion, green chiles, salt, pepper, and chili powder in the crock pot. Mix well.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4 hours or until heated through.
Serve the pozole hot in individual bowls, garnished with sliced radishes and chopped cilantro.
