ingredients
1 pound ground beef
3 cups medium egg noodles, uncooked
3/4 pound Velveeta or store brand processed cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Brown meat in large skillet, drain. Stir in 2 cups water; bring to a boil. Stir in noodles.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 minutes or until noodles are tender. Add prepared cheese product, soup and pepper; stir until cheese is melted.

Couldn't stop eating this! I was going to say I should double it next time but I know I could eat 8 servings of it myself so I'd better not! Really good and so easy to prepare. Love easy one-dish meals.
