Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I used the Bold & Spicy, but reduced it to 1/2 c. and added 1/2 c. water. If you like it spicy, this is a great way to do it, but if you like it tasty but not as spicy, use regular A1.

I reduced the A! to 1/2 cup and added some water, used london broil and greek yogurt instead of sour cream, the yogurt is much rounder and can be found at Trader Joe's. It was fab!!!!!
I didn't see the previous comment and used the 3/4 cup A1. It wasn't totally icky BUT TOO much A1 taste. I tried to repair it by adding more sour cream but the A1 was still too overpowering.

Reduce the amount of A1 to about 1/3 c. and it is much better. Excellent!
