Broiled Catfish Steaks

ingredients
16 ounces catfish steaks
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon fresh dill, minced
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
non-stick cooking spray
lemon slices
fresh dill sprigs

Rinse catfish steaks under cold, running water; pat dry and set aside.
Combine tomato sauce and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Brush half of mixture over 1 side of steaks. Coat rack of a broiler pan with cooking spray. Place steaks on rack; broil 4-5" from heat.
Carefully turn fish over; brush with remaining tomato mixture. Broil an additional 6 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon and dill, if desired.
