The seasoning blend is the secret to this quick grilled catfish recipe.

1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
1 teaspoon blackened seasoning
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 catfish fillets
lemon wedges
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grease a grill basket.
Combine the lemon pepper, white pepper, Creole seasoning, and blackened seasoning in a small bowl.
Drizzle the fish fillets with the lemon juice then sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
Place the fish in the grill basket and place on the grill. Close the grill cover and grill the fish for 7-10 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the fish immediately, garnished with lemon wedges.

This is so good!! I thought I had the blackened seasoning but I was out, so I used 1/2 teas. of smoke pepper and 1/2 teas. of seasoned salt. Started raining so I had to cook in a grill pan. And if it is good like that can't wait to try on the grill outside!!
