ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) fat free cream cheese
4 ounces butter
1 can (15 ounce size) corn, drained
1 can (15 ounce size) creamed corn
2 eggs
2 ounces onion, chopped
4 ounces Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese, crumbled
1 package (8.5 ounce size) cornbread mix
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place cream cheese and butter into a microwavable mixing bowl, then microwave for 1 minute until slightly melted.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing very well, until smooth and creamy.
Pour mixture into a buttered or sprayed baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the center feels firm.
