The combination of bourbon and porter in the marinade gives the t-bone steaks amazing depth of flavor.

6 T-bone steaks
1/2 cup porter style beer
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup minced green onion
Combine all the ingredients (steak and marinade) in a zip-top plastic bag. Seal, turn to coat the steaks in the mixture. Place in the refrigerator and let marinate for 3-10 hours.
When ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium-high.
Remove the steaks from the marinade. Add the steaks to the grill and cook for 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove the bourbon porter marinated t-bone steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
