ingredients
1/4 cup fresh crab meat (any type will do)
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped roasted red bell peppers
1/2 cup crumbled fully cooked andouille sausage
3/4 cup heavy cream
chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
sourdough bread
herb olive oil for toasting bread
directions
Place all ingredients in medium saucepan and bring up to low simmer. Cook down until all the Parmesan has been melted and the sauce starts to thicken.
Garnish over toasted bread and garnish with chopped parsley.
