Spicy Corn Salad

ingredients
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
2 teaspoons green jalapeno pepper sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 red bell pepper, seeded and finely diced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 pkgs (10 ounce each) frozen corn
4 cloves garlic, minced
directions
In a large bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, lime juice, mustard, jalapeno pepper sauce, salt and black pepper. Add bell peppers and green onions.
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil over high heat. Add corn and garlic and cook 10 seconds; drain. Add the corn mixture to the bowl with the honey mixture; toss well. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
