White Chocolate Peach Parfait

ingredients
6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
1 cup light sour cream or plain yogurt
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup whipping cream
8 peaches
1 cup blueberries
directions
In bowl over saucepan of hot water, melt chocolate. Combine sour cream with lime juice; stir in chocolate. Chill for 30 minutes.
In separate bowl whip cream to soft peaks; fold into chocolate mixture.
Plunge peaches into boiling water for 30 seconds; peel and slice. Set aside 1/4 cup of blueberries.
Layer peach slices and remaining blueberries, beginning and ending with mixture. Garnish with reserved blueberries. Chill up to 2 hours.
