Sausage-Sauerkraut Soup

ingredients
4 cups chicken stock
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (14 ounce size) sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 large potato, peeled and cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 pound kielbasa, sliced
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Combine the chicken stock and mushroom soup in a bowl and mix until blended.
Add the soup to the crock pot along with the remaining ingredients.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6 hours. Stir well before serving. Serve hot.
