1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup baby carrots
1 teaspoon sugar or honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup baby corn, husked
1 teaspoon dried parsley
directions
Bring water to a boil. Add carrots along with sweetener and salt. Cover. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Add baby corn and parsley, cook an additional 5 minutes; add more water if necessary.
