Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

These tasty deviled eggs are made by mixing hard-boiled egg yolks with mayonnaise, spices, and a variety of other ingredients that add lots of flavor and texture.
12 large hard-boiled eggs, carefully peeled, and sliced in half the long way
1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
4 teaspoons capers packed in brine, drained and chopped
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 pinch salt and cayenne pepper, or to taste
paprika, for garnish
Carefully remove the yolks from the eggs and place the yolks in a bowl. Set the egg whites aside on a plate or deviled egg tray.
Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the brown mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, hot sauce, capers, parsley, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well, adding additional mayonnaise if needed to reach desired consistency.
Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites, mounding it slightly. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
