This Italian cheese is so versatile that it can be used in both sweet and savory recipes from cheesecakes to lasagnas.

Avocados are mashed with lime juice, garlic, and cilantro to make a guacamole-like filling for these deviled eggs.

2 ripe Haas avocados
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
salt to taste
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, cut in half, and yolks discarded or set aside for another use
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, peel and cut into cubes. Place in a medium-size bowl, add the lime juice, garlic and salt and mash to blend. Stir in cilantro.
Fill the whites evenly with the avocado mixture.

Most completely miss the concept of Angel eggs vs deviled eggs. Angel eggs do not use the yoke and the cholesterol is minimized as much as possible. Please stop calling what is still deviled eggs Angel eggs. You need additional eggs to make Angel eggs because you only use the white portion. Lets see some great recipes for actual Angel eggs, thanks!
