ingredients
8 hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dill pickle relish
1/4 cup finely chopped ham
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and combine with remaining ingredients. Fill whites. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
NOTE: Fill deviled eggs by spooning egg mixture in a small resealable plastic bag. Cut off one corner of the bag and squeeze to fill.
