ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mushroom sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons paprika

directions

After peeling hard-boiled eggs, cut them in half the long way.

Rinse and core the yolk. Mix yolk with mushroom sauce, soy sauce, ginger and paprika.

Stuff the whites. Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
