3 ounces lime gelatin powder
2 cups cold milk
1 package (3.25 ounce size) instant vanilla pudding mix
directions
Mix the lime gelatin in a bowl as directed on the package. Place in the freezer for 30-40 minutes or until it is partially set.
Meanwhile, combine the milk and pudding mix in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes until well mixed.
Pour into dessert dishes, filling no more than 1/2 full. Place in the refrigerator and let set until firm.
When the pudding is firm, scoop the green gelatin in chunks over the pudding mix and give one stir to gently mix it a little. For added effect, garnish with crumpled tissues.
